REnt OUR SPACE

A Space to Create, Experiment, Produce, and Gather.

At Rhythmic Arts Center NYC (RAC), we believe that access to creative space should not be a luxury. Our rental program is designed to provide affordable, accessible space for artists, musicians, dancers, community organizers, and everyday people to rehearse, create, gather, and share their work.

What makes RAC unique is our fully equipped, event-ready studio, featuring professional sound, sprung wood floors, and an extensive collection of musical and percussion instruments. This infrastructure makes it possible to host rehearsals, workshops, performances, recordings, and community events without the added expense of sourcing essential equipment.

Our rental program currently operates without dedicated funding.

We work to keep rates accessible while covering the substantial costs of maintaining a professional creative space in New York City.

Donations and institutional support are essential to sustaining this program, expanding subsidized rental opportunities, and ensuring that financial circumstances do not prevent people from accessing the space, tools, and community they need to create.
